Creamy, naturally sweet smoothie made with banana, Medjool dates, and almond milk.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

3 Medjool dates (pitted)

1 cup almond milk

½ tsp cinnamon

Ice to taste

Instructions

Pit and soak the dates (5 mins in warm water).

 

Add all ingredients to blender.

 

Blend until smooth and creamy.

 

Serve immediately.

Notes

To be enjoyed right away or frozen for a later date. Freezes well for 1-2 months. 

Tastes great as a protein shake too! Add 1 – 2 scoops of protein powder for best results.
