A vibrant, detoxifying purple smoothie made with real fruits, antioxidants, and superfoods.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 1 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup purple grapes (seedless)
  • 1/2 cup dragon fruit (purple flesh)
  • 1/2 cup sliced purple sweet potato (cooked and cooled)
  • 1/2 tsp acai powder or mangosteen powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 23 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare all fruits by washing and cutting into chunks.

2. Add the purple grapes, dragon fruit, and cooked sweet potato into a blender.

3. Add acai or mangosteen powder, water (or coconut water), lemon juice, and ice cubes.

4. Blend until smooth and creamy.

5. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with mint or a slice of dragon fruit.

6. Serve cold and enjoy your Purple Peel Recipe Exploit drink!

Notes

  • For best texture, cool the sweet potato fully before blending to boost resistant starch and digestion benefits.

  • If you’re looking for a lower-calorie version, reduce the grapes to ½ cup and use cold water instead of coconut water.

  • Add soaked chia seeds for extra fiber and satiety.

  • For a keto-friendly version, substitute sweet potato with steamed purple cabbage or cauliflower.

  • Acai powder and mangosteen powder can be used interchangeably depending on your preference and availability.

  • Drink immediately after blending for maximum nutrient retention and best flavor.

  • This smoothie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours in an airtight container, but stir before drinking as separation is natural.
