Ingredients

- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey optional
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper optional
Instructions
- Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a pot.
- Once it reaches a boil, take it off the heat and allow it to cool for about a minute.
- Next, add 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water and stir until it dissolves completely.
- Then, mix in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice along with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
- If you like, you can also add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for an extra kick and added health benefits.
- Give it a good stir and let it cool a bit before serving.
Notes
- For best results, drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
- Use a straw to protect teeth from lemon and ACV acidity.
- Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- Shake well before drinking.
