Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of honey optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper optional

Instructions

  • Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a pot.
  • Once it reaches a boil, take it off the heat and allow it to cool for about a minute.
  • Next, add 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water and stir until it dissolves completely.
  • Then, mix in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice along with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • If you like, you can also add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for an extra kick and added health benefits.
  • Give it a good stir and let it cool a bit before serving.
