- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Mix the ACV and lemon juice in a glass.
- Add ginger and honey, stir until the honey dissolves.
- Pour in warm water and sip slowly (best enjoyed on an empty stomach!).
Notes
- Use a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.
- For a flavor twist, add a dash of cayenne or cinnamon.
- Best enjoyed warm in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Start with small amounts if you’re new to ACV.
- Do not use boiling water—it can destroy raw enzymes.
