Optional: 2 tbsp heavy cream
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp crushed freeze-dried strawberries
1–2 tbsp milk or cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
Crumble Topping:
⅓ cup cold butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
Pinch of cinnamon + salt
Instructions
Mix dough ingredients, scoop, chill 30 mins
Bake at 350°F for 12–14 minutes
Make glaze and crumble topping
Cool cookies, glaze, and top with crumble
