2 stalks lemongrass

1-inch fresh ginger

1 tbsp hibiscus petals

1 cinnamon stick

1 tsp lemon zest

3 cups water

Optional: honey or mint

Instructions

Add water, ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, hibiscus, and lemon zest to a pot.

 

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

 

Strain into a mug. Add honey or mint if desired.

 

Serve warm or over ice.
