This fiber-rich chia smoothie is sweet and tangy with a velvety texture, thanks to nutritious chia seeds that expand as they combine with liquid.

1⅓ cups unsweetened almond milk

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen peach slices

½ cup reduced-fat plain strained (Greek-style) yogurt

¼ cup pitted dark sweet cherries

3 dried pitted dates

2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

Place 1⅓ cups almond milk, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup peaches, ½ cup yogurt, ¼ cup cherries, 3 dates and 2 tablespoons chia seeds in a blender. Process until smooth, about 1 minute, scraping down the sides of the blender as necessary. Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
