Ingredients

2 apples I used green apple
½ beetroot small
1 carrot
1 inch ginger piece
½ lemon
1 pinch Salt generous
Instructions
Peel beetroot and carrot. Chop them roughly along with apple.
Place chopped items along with ginger in a mixie.
Blend without water and strain through metal strainer.
Again add ¾ cup to 1 cup water and blend. Strain through metal strainer.
Squeeze lemon, add salt, mix and enjoy.
Notes
- It was not that hard for using metal strainer, it got strained pretty much fast.
- Do not grind too much to heat up the mixer. Just grind in lowest speed.
